It's been a pretty long day for both Stephen and Mal, and they end up having no time to make dinner. Over a take-out calzone, they start discussing "the way things used to be" back in Columbia - things are now incredibly busy for the two of them, meaning that they have very little time for leisure and enjoying each others' company. They're catching up slowly, but things will take time. Stephen hopes that they will be able to spend more time together soon.
