Back in Myrtle Beach, Stephen receives his Panasonic camera back from Asurion, a third-party warranty company. A few weeks prior, Panasonic decided not to honor the warranty agreement they had on the camera, so Stephen decided to send his camera to Asurion in hopes for a proper result. Long story short, the camera is completely fixed!
Because of this experience, Stephen highly, highly recommends taking out a third-party warranty on a device if you're going to buy from Panasonic - their warranty apparently means nothing.
