Mal starts off by making shrimp scampi with mushroom rice and broccoli. It has been a huge work day for Stephen. There's a lot of stuff to do and not much time to do it, so Mal decides to make a really nice meal for the two of them.
On another note, Stephen explains the new StephenMail format. They will release mail videos on the 15th of every month (along with the vlog that comes out with the 15th of each month). They will cut down the videos a lot more, shortening the length of the videos and allowing them to read more letters.
