Stephen is on the mend, but Mal is feeling unwell, to the point she can't speak. Stephen goes to the pharmacy to get her wild berries-flavored throat spray, so that she can continue making her Ocarina of Time painting.

Later in the day, Stephen manages to get Fallout done while Mal gets more done on her painting. Hopefully, they would be going to the doctor tomorrow so Mal can get some medicine and get better.
