Stephen's feeling a bit groggy after yesterday's charity stream, so he stays in for the day. He also talks a bit about his success in achieving his weight goal. He lost 30 pounds as of yesterday, and Mal has been making great progress to losing weight as well.
To accomplish this, he and Mal simply counted their Calories using the app, MyFitnessPal. No extra exercise or specific diets were involved, so Stephen encourages anyone who is trying to lose weight to give this method a shot.
