Description Edit

Note about Energy Armor: Is it a complete and total fraud with absolutely no science to back it up? Yes. Does it actually work for some people? Sort of, yes—through the placebo effect. Sometimes when your mind truly believes something is real/working, your body will work overtime to make progress. That's the best explanation I have (any med students feel free to take over!). Personally, I prefer the truth in any situation, and I'd rather know something is legitimately helping rather than believe blindly in it and hope it helps. It's not something that would ever work for me, but if you own one and are noticing a difference, I wouldn't advise you to stop using it, as the placebo effect is a real thing. THE MORE YOU KNOW
