Stephen has been doing a lot of thinking about StephenMail, and the fact that the format of the mail videos has to change. Each monthly video takes about 5 hours to produce, which is simply too much time for both Stephen and Mal.
To address this, he and Mal will no longer be featuring all of the letters in the mail videos, but will instead choose a few "featured" letters to read aloud in each month's mail video. They will still read all of the letters they receive, but they will not be putting everything in the videos. That being said, they will still open all of the packages and read all letters associated with packages.
Stephen asks the viewers for their feedback on this change.
