Stephen's grandmother was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, which was pretty inconvenient for her because she "had all these pies to make [for Thanksgiving]." She decided that her best course of action would be to get a double mastectomy to remove the cancer. She had the operation on a Friday, got out the next day, and was playing the piano at church the following Sunday. In other words, Stephen's grandmother is awesome.
