The other day, Stephen learned that he was eating two cups of butter a week on his toast. To remedy the problem, he decided to go with jam instead. But, after reading the viewers' comments, he learned that jam is probably just as unhealthy as butter due to the copious amounts of sugar in it. So he tries out peanut butter instead. It's good.
For today's major news, Stephen says that he has since changed his Twitter username to @Stephen_Georg. He was previously known as xfisjmg1 (backstory here). Previous to this, he had changed his username on nearly all of his accounts, but held out on Twitter since StephenGeorg was already taken (oddly, by someone named Stephen George).
On the side of food, Stephen makes some slow cooker creamy chicken and broccoli and Mal makes some mini cookies.
